    Very informative! This source taught me everything on how I can do away with my snoring. I am planning to meet with our family doctor soon. But for the meantime, I guess I will be using an anti snoring pillow. That’s your recommendation, right?

    Well, I’d only recommend that if you are a light snorer. Mouthpieces, generally, are much better for heavier snorers or people with actual diagnosed sleep apnea. Thanks for commenting!
